England Watermelon and Basil Mule
Combine two slices watermelon, four basil leaves, a dash of fresh lime juice, 20ml jasmine syrup and two shots of Tanqueray No. 10. Muddle, top with ginger beer and shake, then strain into a highball glass filled with cubed ice. Garnish with a slice of watermelon and a basil leaf.
Mexico El Florita
Fill a highball glass with cubed ice. Combine four cucumber slices (with the skin off), 12.5ml elderflower syrup, a dash of lime juice, two tots Don Julio Tequila and 50ml grapefruit juice. Shake and strain over cubed ice. Garnish with a cucumber strip and a few white rose petals.
France Aloe and Passion Fruit Martini
Pour two shots Ciroc French Vodka into a chilled martini glass. Then add 25ml passion fruit pulp, 25ml aloe juice, a dash of lime juice and 12.5ml sugar syrup. Shake and double strain into a martini glass. Top with a slice of passion fruit.
Caribbean Captain Colada
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add two shots Spiced Gold Rum, one shot Monin Pina Colada syrup and five shots fresh pineapple juice. Squeeze two lemon wedges into the shaker and shake until cold. Strain into a glass over ice and cap with crushed ice. Garnish with fresh pineapple.
