Brace yourselves, Pretoria, the Capital Day Festival is here. The festival, the first of its kind in the CapCity is set to entertain audiences of all ages. There will be performances by artists such as Bobby Van Jaarsveld, Shekhinah, the Soweto Gospel Choir and many more.
The festival, set to take place on Heritage Day, September 24, will be celebrating the diversity and charm of our wonderful city. It aims to bring people from all walks of life together with music and that age old South African tradition, braaing.
So grab your sunscreen, sunnies and your best chums and go enjoy a day filled with music, braai and fun.
The festival will be held at the Harlequins Club Pretoria in Groenkloof.
Gates open at 12:00 and the show starts at 13:30. Braai Packs can be bought on the website for R60 and be collected on the day where the Capital Day braai masters will braai it. Tickets start from R315 to R620. Children under 12 pay only R150.
