Indulge and unwind with Woodford Reserve bourbon
Does your man – or you – love whiskey?
Then we have the ultimate spoil for him (or you). Try out this recipe for the Old Fashioned, a classic American Bourbon Whiskey cocktail steeped in history.
Clean and brilliant honey amber in appearance, bourbon lovers will get a scent of rich dried fruit, hints of mint and oranges covered with a dusting of cocoa with the faintest of vanilla and tobacco spice.
The Woodford Reserve’s silky smooth finish will leave you with a long, warm satisfying tail. Perfect! Quickly developing into a highly acclaimed and award-winning brand, Woodford Reserve bears testament to the care that goes into each bottle.
The recipe was said to have been invented by a bartender at the Pendennis Gentleman’s Club, founded in 1881 in Louisville, Kentucky, in honour of Colonel James E Pepper, a prominent bourbon distiller who brought it to the internationally acclaimed Waldorf-Astoria Hotel in New York City.
