Spicy pressed porterhouse steaks

Preparation time: 10 minutes
Serves 4 – 6
- 10 ml Robertsons Paprika
- 5 ml Robertsons Cumin
- 30 ml Soft Brown Sugar
- 5 ml Mustard Powder
- Robertsons Atlantic Sea Salt and Freshly Ground Black Pepper to taste
- 3 Robertsons Bay Leaves crushed
- 6 Porterhouse Steaks
- Combine the ingredients together. Press onto the meat at least an hour before cooking so that the flavours can be absorbed.
- Braai over medium to hot coals until cooked to your liking, usually 8 – 10 minutes, turning periodically.
