Founded eight years ago, Burgundy Fly was started with the idea of giving young designers a platform to showcase their skills and to give them exposure. Along the line, Nhlanhla and Nobesuthu have learned many lessons and shared them with all who were present.
Since inception, the couple has managed to open six stores but had to close two down, leaving them only with four. Having to close down of their stores has not deterred them from their achieving their ultimate goal – setting up shop internationally, Soho, London to be exact.
The future looks bright for them and we can’t wait to see what they still have in-store for us.
