Chef Gary Evans at Capital Hotel School
Chef Gary Evans, the international corporate chef for Tobasco® Brand, was at Capital Hotel School, in Pretoria, to teach students about the versatility of Tobasco and to show them how it can be used in an variety of dishes – desserts included.
His passion for cooking started at a young age when he would make food his siblings and he’s never looked back.
It was a fun-filled event with Capital Hotel School cheffies running around and making sure to pull out all of the stops to impress chef Gary.
